Welcome to Drivers of Hope, a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving lives through clean water access in Northern Uganda. Born out of a shared vision formed while working alongside incarcerated individuals in Uganda, our team came together with a commitment to address the critical water shortage in the Pawel Adak village.

Richard Oceng
Founder & Advocate
Born in Uganda in 1994 during a turbulent time, Richard’s life mission is dedicated to helping improve lives in his homeland. His firsthand experience fuels his passion to bring clean water and hope to conflict-affected communities.

Taylor Amstutz
Community Advocate & Program Coordinator
Taylor’s dedication to disability rights and vulnerable communities is rooted in her extensive advocacy experience. Having worked in Uganda on human rights programs, she leads our community engagement efforts, ensuring every voice in Pawel Adak is heard.

Tori Votino
Global Outreach
Tori’s passion for global equality and universal access to clean water guides our outreach and sustainability strategies. She believes every community deserves safe water, regardless of geography or engagement efforts, ensuring every voice in Pawel Adak is heard.
